Thats the Queensbridge Houses, a NYC Public Housing Projects in Long Island City, in the Borough of Queens, right over the river from Manhattan (right off the water by the gorgeous Queenbridge Park). When people say "Long Island" they mean Nassau and Suffolk, not the 2 Long Island based Borough's, and not LIC. This is a Public Housing complex right off the East River in NYC.
