I definitely thought it was normal to not really actually want to have sex. I couldn't figure out why everybody wanted to fake that all the time. Turns out they weren't faking, and I'm asexual. I think my parents are aspec too, and possibly my brother, so it's no wonder I thought it was normal.... Didn't figure out I was ace until my 30s. Apparently this is relatively common among aces, especially those of us who grew up before discussion of LGBT+ identities was commonplace.
So glad she found a safe place to give birth to her kittens
