This came to mind after answering EmbersAreOut's "world ends in 24 hours" question. For clarification, the rules are very simple and are as follows:
1. You wake up at 7 am on Monday morning.
2. You cannot pass midnight. If you do, you fall asleep and wake up at 7 am on Monday morning.
3. Unaliving yourself (by intent or accident) causes you to (say it with me) wake up at 7 am on Monday morning.
4. You retain memories of past Mondays. Nobody else does.
5. Why this is happening is unknown to you, nor is there a known "solution". It's just happening, and that's all you know. Blame witches or aliens or time vortexes created by The Elder Ones, if it makes you feel better.

I would throw my vacuum cleaner off the balcony - every day! :D Then I would tell my workplace that I was out today, and raise a toast to the time loop! 🥂

I'd be looking to broaden my mind in every way possible, S*x, d***s, rock 'n roll, you name it. All the things I have never done, all the things I will never do, all of the things I would be scared to try IRL. Going on a risk-free LSD trip, for example, not something I've ever been even vaguely tempted to try, but I might like to know what it was really like.

Since I knew I couldn't get fired, I'd act like I was retired and do easy, mental health things - walking, lose weight, learn new skills.

Spend one Monday reading all the news for that day so that I can form my own decisions on what I should do for all the remaining mondays to avoid getting caught in a tragedy.

I'd be too worried hat the one day I snapped and went on a k*****g spree, that would be the day my life stopped repeating. I'd just hide at home safe and sound.

Monday is my cleaning day so instead I would kick back, spark one up, and enjoy my hobby in my cozy home. My present hobby is buying art at 2nd hand stores and adding paint. I have presently have a woodland scene that I bet a UFO will try to find Bigfoot hiding behind a tree. Or maybe not. DIdn't want you to think I have some weird hobby.

Ripples in the Dirac Sea is story by Geoffrey Landis. Sadly it is nothing like Groundhog Day, where when he completes good deeds he escapes.
This guy can't and doesn't. Each time he travels/repeats he is returned to the same place and less and less time remains. Unfortunately it's on fire.
His repeat days are with a young guy he tries to say from an unexpected death - he fails, every time. Even the time he manages to get him to a hospital and have surgery. he dies anyway. So no happy endings.
Me? I'd just despair....
